  1. When placing an order for Goods, you can choose the delivery method, i.e., use a courier (third party) delivery service. You can choose delivery to DPD parcel lockers or home delivery by a DPD courier.
  2. By choosing the Goods delivery service when placing an order, you agree to provide the exact delivery address for the Goods.
  3. You agree to receive the Goods yourself or to designate a person to receive the Goods at the time of placing the order. In the event that you (or the designated person) are unable to receive the Goods, but the Goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other information provided by you as the Buyer, you have no right to make claims against the Company regarding the delivery of the Goods to the wrong recipient.
  4. The delivery fee for the Goods is calculated based on the size of your order and the delivery location.
  5. When you request that the Goods be delivered outside of Lithuania, the delivery terms are arranged through a separate agreement or based on the available options.
  6. If you place an order for delivery to cities in Lithuania other than Vilnius, the Company or a third party will deliver the Goods within 2–4 business days. In the event of any issues or shortages of Goods, the Company will promptly inform you of a possible extended delivery time. If you agree to the new timeline, the Company will proceed with fulfilling the order. If the extended delivery time provided by the Company is not acceptable to you, the order will be canceled and the amount you paid will be refunded in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms.
  7. In all cases, the Company is not held liable for delays in the delivery of Goods if the Goods are not delivered to you or are delivered late due to your fault or due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.
  8. The Company is not responsible for any action, inaction, or event from the moment the Goods are handed over to the delivery service provider (courier). In the event that the package you receive has external damage, you must inform the courier at the time of delivery.
  9. At the time the Goods are delivered to you or your authorized representative, you (or your authorized representative) must inspect the condition of the shipment and the Goods together with the Seller or the courier who delivered the Goods, and sign the delivery-acceptance document. (In the event of a quarantine being imposed in the country, the Seller may adjust the procedure described in this clause.) Once you sign the delivery-acceptance document, the shipment and the Goods are considered to have been delivered in proper condition, with no damages not attributable to manufacturing defects, and no discrepancies in the contents of the Goods.
  10. If you notice that the shipment’s packaging is damaged, the Goods are damaged, and/or the Goods are incomplete, you must indicate this in the delivery-acceptance document and, in the presence of the Seller or their courier (a third party), draw up a free-form report describing the damage or discrepancies of the shipment and/or Goods. If you fail to take these actions, the Company is released from liability for any damage, quality issues, or discrepancies in the Goods or packaging that were not noted in the delivery document.
  11. When ordering goods that are in stock, they are delivered within 1–4 business days from the payment of the order. For goods that are not in stock, we will contact you to arrange an exact delivery date.
