Reinforced thermal welding gloves Delta Plus TER300
WELDING WORKS
The gloves meet the requirements of EN 12477 Type A, making them suitable for welding work where higher thermal and mechanical protection is a priority. Type A is usually chosen for heavier welding and hot work.
THERMAL PROTECTION
THT treated heat resistant leather provides increased resistance to contact heat. The gloves are resistant to flame, heat and large splashes of molten metal, making them suitable for welding, metalworking and other hot work environments.
LEATHER AND MATERIALS
The gloves are made from a combination of cow split leather, cotton and Kevlar fiber. The cow split leather provides strength and durability, while the cotton lining helps improve comfort when wearing the gloves for extended periods of time.
REINFORCEMENTS
Additional leather reinforcements in the palm, thumb and thumb-and-finger areas increase the gloves' wear resistance in areas that are most likely to experience the greatest stress when working with tools, metal parts or hot surfaces.
KEVLAR THREADS
Kevlar seams increase the gloves' resistance to heat and mechanical impact. This is important in welding environments where seams can be exposed to sparks, heat and intense wear.
LONG CUFF
The 400 mm long gloves with leather cuff provide additional forearm and hand protection up to the elbow area. A practical solution for work where there is a risk of sparks, heat or molten metal splashes.
PROTECTION AGAINST MECHANICAL RISKS
The gloves comply with the EN 388 standard and provide protection against mechanical risks: abrasion, cuts, tears and punctures according to the specified test results. It is a solid choice for working with rough surfaces, metal parts and tools.
APPLICATIONS
Public works, construction, maintenance, automotive, mining, energy, welding, metalworking and other more severe work environments that require enhanced thermal and mechanical hand protection.
PROTECTION AGAINST RISKS
Flame, contact heat, convective heat, radiant heat, large splashes of molten metal, welding sparks, mechanical effects, friction, tearing, puncture and risk of injuries to the forearm area.
